7 Steps to Self-Determination

There are five steps to taking full control of your life. If you follow these steps in the right order, the sky is the limit of what you can achieve.

First, be the best employee you can be in your current workplace. Work more than anyone else, always ready to help other employees, be there a little earlier, and leave a little later. Nothing makes you feel better than having a great day at work.

Secondly, you need to spend 4 hours/day/week or 20 hours/week just for yourself. I don't care what you do during these hours, but you have to focus on yourself. Who are you? Why are you here? What makes you happy? No matter how long it takes you to find those answers, do it. Without those answers, you can't go to the third step.

Third, now that you know who you are and why you are here, it is time to establish an action plan. Write down what you intend to do. Don't worry about money or how you're going to do it. Write down exactly what you want to do, as if everything is already at your disposal. These are the most important steps of all. Don't miss anything. Once again, there are no limits. Remember that you have 20 hours a week to work. Take your time. Don't rush things, please.

Four: Now let's take and organize everything in the third step. It's a puzzle we're putting together. Because everything in the Third Step comes from you and only from you. Everything must fit perfectly in a big picture, in a big dream, in a big plan, on a big adventure.

Fifth, and final step. The time has come to start working on this great plan. Start very small, with your own folder. Whatever the plan is, I'm sure it has to do with serving others. You can start by offering free services to your friends and family. Or you can volunteer for a company that can help increase your self-confidence. The point here is that you don't need a single cent to start implementing your big plan.

Once you are on this path, on this journey to fulfill your dream, society will have no choice but to open up to you. Society will provide you with all the tools you need to continue. At some point, you will have everything you need to be on your own, and it will be time to give something back to society. One of the first things you will give back is your job, because now not only are you creating a job for yourself, but you are also accepting applications.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is to jump to the fifth step without the first four steps. No wonder they think you can't go if you don't have money. This is the biggest mistake in the business world. On the contrary, the more money you have, the harder it is for you to succeed because you have money, you never have a sense of urgency.

I can't wait to hear all your comments on this article. Please tell me what you think, have you learned anything from it? Do you find these steps easy to follow? Will you try it? Let me know.
